Interesting facts about me

In June, 2016 Andy Gregg retired following a thirty-eight year career as a professional historian. He now splits his time between an old neighborhood of Palm Springs, California and his native Vancouver.

Andy's new residence is around the corner from three-time Oscar nominee Eleanor Parker, and two streets away from Walt Disney's Smoke Tree Ranch.

Interested in Universal's monster movies since his early childhood, former Professor Gregg recently completed eight years as Chairman for the Historic Preservation Commission, and will now serve as Arts Commission Chairman until 2018.

Gregg's area of preservation specialization remains restoration of historic motion picture theaters. A particular focus is his beloved Kiggins Theatre. Check it out at

Gregg's undergraduate degrees were earned at Willamette University. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law, and completed graduate studies at Washington State University with an advanced degree in Public History.

All of the shingles associated with that humane education have come down and exchanged for pro-bono service.
